ICGManager is a powerful ERP management tool for controlling all business critical processes (Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance and Accounting, CRM) as well as the multidimensional analysis of all transactions registered by the ICG Software solutions installed at the Points of Sale in each of the outlets or entire chain.
There is also a scaled down single-user version of ICGManager called ICGManager Basic.
Centralised Purchasing
Besides controlling and consolidation of the sales from the stores, chains stores can optimise and speed up the purchase cycle through to a the centralised management platform ICGManager. For this, ICG has developed an application, ICGCommerce, which is installed on the central server (hosted or client side) and allows you to see purchase orders from any internet browser at the points of sale. This way, the remote based installations transfer the orders to central and can report in real time, when and where orders will be delivered. Received orders and sales done through FrontRest will adjust the stock accordingly.
Statistical Analysis and Reporting
ICGManager registers all transactions in a transactional database (OLTP) with a structure designed to store and update all information in optimised table format.
ICGOlap is a tool that transfers data from the ICGManager transactional database (OLTP) to an OLAP database in real time.
The ICGOlap database organizes the data in a multidimensional structure (multi-cubes) which makes analysis easier and faster. Client, Item, Department, Section, Seller, Store, POS, Business Area, Sales Periods (hours, days, weeks, months, trimesters, years) make up the dimensions of the cubes and their corresponding values are entered into ICG Business Intelligence.
Loyalty
ICG Software has incorporated a full featured loyalty system into its suit of Retail Software and Hospitality Software which covers all combinations of loyalty options. Create different levels of loyalty based on your own parameters, combine loyalty with pre paid facilities for your regulars, offer promotions or create customer rewards and then track the sales by customer to generate marketing campaigns by SMS or Email
Client and sales tracking
All sales will be linked to the client card which can be used for the inbuilt marketing system within ICG. By automatically recording client and sales information one can create multiple marketing campaigns by specifying parameters. The output of the marketing can be email, SMS or mail out. The campaigns can be saved or modified for a later data
Multiple card types
ICG allows users to create multiple card types with specific parameters. For example Gold members get 5% on a specific range where as Platinum members can get 10% across the board. The parameters can include percentages, price levels, mix and match or points. Or a combination of both. Also cards can have different expiration dates or can be disabled at any time in case of suspected fraud.
Centralised loyalty
With ICG the loyalty system is real time and centralized. This means a client can be created in one location and the details will be known in all other locations. By swiping the card in the other locations the client details will be automatically downloaded.
Pre paid card system
Combining customer loyalty with cashless system. The loyalty card can be used as a charge card as well. By activating this function, regular clients can top up a card which can then be used as a payment type. This option is similar to the phone pre paid card system.
Points system
Of course any loyalty system would not be complete without a points accumulation. Points can be accrued by a dollar to point ratio ie 1 point for every 10 dollar spent or create a points rate where you dictate how many points are accrued for each item.
Redemption
If the points system is being used redeeming can be based on points. When a threshold is reached, the staff member gets a warning and can inform the client that they are allegeable for a reward. The client can then choose to redeem or continue to accrue points to reach the next rewards level.
Another option is to use points as a value. Every 100 points is worth 5 dollar. When finalizing a sale the client can choose to use their points to "pay off" and save on the purchase
