ICG has packaged two different programs into a single management solution called Pack Monotienda seamlessly bringing together the power of 2 ICG Software Solutions: 

FrontBoutique at Point of Sale and ICGManager Basic to manage the back office. ICGManager Basic will perform all necessary managerial functions for your brand that not directly to Point of Sale activities like: purchasing, order fulfilment, stock management, labeling of articles, report and statistics, etc..

PocketManager:  is an online mobile processing system with barcode reader and wireless network card that works in real time with FrontRetail and ICGManager. Due to the high mobility, functionality and ease of use, PocketManager doubles up as a travelling mobile Point of Sale Terminal enabling the complete management of store activities.

Communications

ICG records all movements (sales, purchases, presence, transfers etc) in real time with a central communication platform called ICGManager in real time, working in both on and offline modes the solution does not have to rely on unstable internet connectivity that ay occur in remote locations. Uniformity of Point of Sale configuration, stock control and maintenance, backups, updates, upgrades and all business critical information is all controlled through this platform.

Head and Backoffice Centralised Management and Reporting

ICGManager is a powerful ERP management tool for controlling all business critical processes (Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance and Accounting, CRM) as well as the multidimensional statistical analysis of all transactions registered by the ICG Software Solutions installed at the Points of Sale in each of your outlets and your entire chain.

There is also a lighter single-user version of ICGManager called ICGManager Basic.

Centralised Purchasing

Besides control and consolidation of the sales from establishments, chains need to optimise and speed up the purchase cycle through to a the centralised management platform ICGManager. For this, ICG has developed an application, ICGCommerce, which is installed on the central server (hosted or client side) and allows you to study purchase orders from any internet navigator in the points of sale. This way, the remote based installations pass the orders to central and can report in real time, when and where orders will be delivered. Received purchases and entered sales through FrontRest with stock adjusted accordingly.

Statistical Analysis and Reporting

ICGManager registers all transactions in a transactional database (OLTP) with a structure designed to store and update all information in the most optima tabe format.

ICGOlap is a tool that transfers data from the ICGManager transactional database (OLTP) to an OLAP database in real time.

The ICGOlap database organizes the data in a multidimensional structure (multi-cubes) which makes analysis easier and faster. Client, Item, Department, Section, Seller, Establishment, Till, Business Area, Sales Periods (hours, days, weeks, months, trimesters, years) make up the dimensions of thesecubes and their corresponding values are into ICG Business Intelligence
